Allison Lumbatis
Allison Lumbatis has been an attorney with the firm since 2007. Her practice areas include business transactions, contracts, real estate, probate, civil litigation, and wills and estates.
Allison is a summa cum laude graduate of Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, which she attended on a full Presidential Scholarship. While at Cumberland, she served as Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and as Secretary of the Federalist Society. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, with Honors, from Samford University. After graduating in the top 1% of her class at Cumberland in 2006, she joined the healthcare consulting group of a large Birmingham law firm before moving back to her hometown of Dothan in 2007.
Upon returning to Dothan, Allison joined the Houston County Bar Association and served on its Grievance Committee. She also became a member of Curia Honoris, Cumberland’s national alumni honor society. In addition to practicing law, Allison was an Adjunct Professor in the Sorrell College of Business of Troy University in Dothan, where she taught the Masters level course, Legal Environment of Employment Decisions.
Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and children, is active in her church, and loves to sing and has sung professionally as the jazz vocalist for the Ed Stephenson Group since 2008.
